  36.      This  manual  will take you through most of the steps needed  to  use 
  37. this program.  However, several features are not documented.

  42.      This  version  is  compatible with color  monitors.   Selected  brand 
  43. monochrome systems may be compatible as well.

  48.                             License Agreement
  49.  
  50. This  agreement  is between "AlarmSoft,  Inc.  (also known as  TurboSoft, 
  51. Inc.), Norfolk, Va. hereinafter called Company,  and the party whose name 
  52. appears on this agreement below, hereinafter called "Customer".
  53.  
  54. ICS-1  is  licensed for use on a single user  CPU   only.    Site  license  
  55. agreements  are available.    This agreement registers you as   the  legal  
  56. user   of  the ICS-1 program.   This program  may  not  be transferred  to  
  57. any  other person or party without  permission   of  the Company,   and  a 
  58. transfer  fee  of  15%  of  the current license  fee  will  apply  to  all 
  59. transfers.   All  material  in  the documentation and  ICS-1  program   is  
  60. solely  the  property  of  the  Company,    and  may  not  be transmitted,   
  61. reproduced,   transcribed   or   stored   in  any   information  retrieval  
  62. system,   or  translated into any foreign language or  computer  language,  
  63. in  any  form,   by  any means without  the  expresses  written permission 
  64. of  the  Company.  The  customer may  make as many copies  as  needed  for 
  65. backup purposes only.

  67. The   Company  makes no representation or warranties with respect  to  the 
  68. contents hereof,   and specifically disclaims any warranties,  implied  or 
  69. otherwise,   or merchantability or suitability for any particular purpose.  
  70. And the Customer understands there is a substantial possibility that  this 
  71. package,   or even any software package,  could produce a problem that may 
  72. result  in  damage  to the Customer,   and that should  this  happen,  the   
  73. Customer  will indemnify the Company and hold harmless the Company for any 
  74. and all liability associated with operation of this package.   The Company 
  75. reserves  the  right  to update this  program  or  documentation   without 
  76. obligation to notify any persons or party of such updates.

  78. Customer   understands  that  unauthorized copies of  the  program  and/or 
  79. unauthorized transfer of any copy of this program or documentation can  be 
  80. a   serious  crime subjecting the Customer to attorney fees  and  damages.  
  81. The  Company  has  the right to terminate the license and trace     HIDDEN 
  82. serial  numbers,   which are visual/coded,  and to take legal  action  for 
  83. unauthorized duplication or use of the program or documentation.
